Comfort Zone Representatives Cliff,
Elijah & Grayson have all been phenomenal. Just had some issues with the heating part of my HVAC and Elijah came out right away. He was extremely professional, explained everything in detail, he serviced & cleaned both units. He did an extremely thorough job. He also changed my filters in my 12' ceilings, which went above & beyond expectations. He was very professional, highly knowledgable & exceptional at his job. He ended up correcting the problem with the heater when he serviced both of my units. So I'm very pleased to say that everything is now in working order. Thank you Elijah and thank you to all of the Comfort Zone staff for doing a superb job, while always being professional, very knowledgable, honest and trustworthy. Feeling grateful!!
So I am new to Sebastian/Vero Beach area. I arrived home around 630 on a Friday night to my house over 90 degrees. My landlord called "his guy" who happened to be Comfort Zone. They rushed out on a Friday evening, and were quick to the resolution! My home was almost instantly comfy again! Thank you!!!! Amazing service!!!!
So the a/c that we had installed started to act up, and upon an inspection, CZ pulled through and Justin repaired the system. It now runs like new. Thank you CZ. If you have Justin work on your system, it will work properly again. Thanks Justin!
The exceptional customer service provided by this company was truly remarkable. Despite encountering minor issues, I promptly contacted them, and their prompt arrival resolved the problem almost immediately. Initially, what appeared to be a minor issue escalated into a complex problem that required their dedicated attention and several hours of effort. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and efficient air conditioning services.
