I've used Comfort Zone for the past 10 years. In addition to the qualities I've noted they have had remarkable consistency with their technicians. I've gotten to know a couple of them very well and, more importantly, they know me, my home and the quirks of my systems. They've been there every time when we've had an emergency even when I'm not there. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them to everyone.
We recently had to install a new HVAC system in our condo in Florida. Reached out to a few contractors but was so impressed with Comfort Zones quality of service and responsiveness that there was no doubt Jim and his team were going to do the best job. Trying to manage this remotely given the current Covid 19 travel restrictions was concerning to me. But Comfort Zones immediate communications, to include the photos and the constant and consistent flow of communications through out the project was outstanding. I felt like I was there through the entire process. Most important I know Comfort Zone and Jim's staff will always be there for me for years to come. One of the most important contractor to any condo owner is to have a solid professional relationship with their HVAC person. Jim's crew make that easy. Excellent work and I highly recommend you talk to Jim before you move forward with any HVAC projects.
We recently had a new A/C system and new duct work installed. As usual, Jim and his team were fantastic. They are professional, prompt, and always do a great job. We would recommend them to anyone.
Honestly, we could not have chosen a better company to install our new Central AC system.
After getting 3 quotes from different companies, Comfort Zone offered us the best bang for our buck.
They are very knowledgable They work neatly and are solid professionals. And *Cliff* who worked non stop all day and went over and above, and effectively. ComfortZone is well thought out, and it was apparent that all aspects of providing a service was considered with the customers satisfaction in mind.
They came on time. Were extremely professional! Went the extra mile to satisfy all my Concerns..
Their customer service couldn't be more responsive.

Jim and his staff are awesome. They have staff on call over the weekend and even late up to 7pm maybe later.

Outstanding Service - - Noted A/C was not working. Called Comfort Zone. Tech showed up 10 minutes later . Fifteen minutes later the A/C was fix and cooling my house - - Thanks Jim
Highly recommend Comfort Zone AC. Best prices and customer service. Cliff and Darian, the installers that came to our house, were very professional and friendly. When they were finished installing our new AC unit, we didn't even have a mess to clean up! Thank you so much Jim Smith for making the process so easy and getting it done fast!

Mr. Jim Smith and staff are the best ever!! We have lived in Vero Beach for 20 years and have dealt with 3 very popular airconditioning companies, as we have 2 units in our home. Jim and his staff were the most professional and knowledgeable we have ever encountered . Mr. Smith stayed at our home until 9 pm to be sure all the work was done and would not leave until all was to perfection!!
