santos the technician was excellent - he did my annual check up and discovered an issue. he ordered part and returned to install quickly. this is a vet owned shop and i highly recommend comfort zone. and santos (a dog lover) helped me get my golden chow off the ground when i was struggling with my dog. and i must say the receptionist is extremely competent and friendly!
I am so glad I found Comfort Zone! I had been using another company for several years (yearly maintenance contract) with several service call in-between with charges for flushing out system because of slime.....First time Comfort Zone came they flushed out 6 feet of slime, yes 6 feet!!! On my 2nd year with no problems and no service calls because of slime building up.
Installed new HVAC system two years ago, very please with cost and service.
Zack was here today for scheduled maintenance, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I've used other companies over the years and was occasionally satisfied. I have always been satisfied with Comfort Zone.

With a problem with my work schedule, they were still able to take care of me when I was available. Appreciate there work.
The response to my call for service was 'same day' and the issue was diagnosed and corrected in a very efficient manner. Bryan, the technician, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what went wrong and how to help prevent it in the future.
He was very professional and got my thermostat changed and A/C unit all cleaned out.
